Business Office Manager
This position is available at the following communities:
- Westmont Manor Health & Rehab Center, located in Westmont, IL
This position requires the following:
- Recent experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of A/r, A/P, Resident Trust Fund, Petty Cash, etc.
- Must be familiar with Public Aid and will coordinate all Public Aid applications, obtaining all necessary information from the responsible party. Will also submit the application and follow up on the submissions
- Will set up and maintain resident financial files
- Should be familiar with Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance
- Administers and reconciles Resident Trust Fund and Petty Cash
- Perform month end procedures and submit reports to Corporate
- Follow up on all delinquent accounts
- Should be computer literate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work well with families/residents
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Should be able to work in collaboration with the facility department manager team
- Solid work history
